Main Purpose:

The Facilities Manager will co-ordinate planned and unplanned maintenance and facilities improvement projects across 7 Staci sites. Primary focus area will be the 5 northern sites.

Reports to:

Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Facilities Manager

Duties / Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Maintenance Calendar and co-ordinate contractor activities

Manage facilities improvement activities

Co-ordinate site maintenance issues

Research alternative maintenance suppliers

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Likely to have facilities/maintenance management experience

Likely to have more than 1 years of experience in Staci

Some people management experience is advantageous

Must be able to easily travel to all sites (North - all Blackburn & EPIC), Midlands (Leicester and Rugby). Private mileage will be paid to non contracted sites.

Flexibility in terms of shifts worked, including occasional weekend work

Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Driving Licence (required)
