Full Job Description

Working closely alongside our media team in our office in Kempston, we have a newly developed opportunity for a Website Manager. The ideal candidate will take ownership of developing and administering our websites and assist in the shaping and implementation of our digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.,

  • Design and lead development of our websites, alongside external contractors.

  • Day to day site maintenance, monitoring performance and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

  • Complete technical site audits, keyword research and backlink analysis.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for site enhancement.

  • Assist with creating content for and implementing updates to our websites.

  • Execute marketing strategies that align with SEO goals.

  • Prepare periodic analytics reports to support internal strategy discussions.

  • Work with key accounts to optimise brand alignment between our websites and theirs.

    Proficiency in WordPress development and management.

  • Working knowledge of WooCommerce and Wix.

  • A sound knowledge of SEO and PPC campaigns.

  • A strong understanding of Google development tools.

  • An excellent command of the English language and an ability to use this effectively in a written form.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Self-driven and able to work independently, or as part of a team.

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, or a portfolio of relevant projects.


    • Desirable Skills:
  • Any experience in copywriting

  • Knowledge of on and off-page optimisation

  • Experience using Microsoft Business Central

  • An interest in the outdoor leisure industry
