You will be responsible for delivering our high standard of customer service, and ensuring customers enjoy every experience with us at Mocka Lounge.

Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming all guests into the venue.


• Providing a high standard of customer service.


• Providing table service, anticipating guests needs and recommending the best drinks!


• Learning the menu, including cocktail recipes.


• Taking care of a section, keeping it clean and tidy and ensuring all guests are served.


• Running drinks from the bar to tables.


• Bill preparation and cash handling.


• Working as part of a team.
