PhD or MSc in (Synthetic) Organic Chemistry with good synthetic lab experience. - Industrial experience an advantage.
- Experience of chromatographic techniques, both analytical and preparative.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
- Conscientious and meticulous in laboratory work.
- Good time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to problem solve.
- Willing to get involved with new ideas and initiatives.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
The opportunity for growth and development and to engage in a variety of chemistry types with typically 7 - 10 different syntheses carried out over the course of a working year. - Learn about and work with a range of chemical classes (eg: heterocyclic compounds, peptides, polymers, antibody drug conjugates, oligonucleotides, saccharides, etc..)
