• Ensure that the all new development & early phase clinical projects are initiated into the organisation according to the formal introduction procedure


• Ensure timely handover via the Business Development team and formal initiation into the organization for new development & early phase clinical business wins


• Liaise with clients and BD during site visits & Business reviews as required prior to project win


• Promote the use of standard templates for project initiation, planning activities and management of the projects, continuously improving the development project management process both with clients and internally


• Monitor the set business routines which enable the on-time delivery of projects spanning across PCI service offerings, delivering a World Class customer service


• The role is accountable for the tracking and reporting of the teams KPIs to the Director of Project Management


• Ensure the open Order book is up to date, accurate and that variations to the forecasts are managed and reported in a timely manner


• Changes in scope of work are identified and captured by the generation of change orders and accurately captured as part of financial forecast


• To undertake such tasks and to manage specific internal or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder's capabilities
