Join NEP as a Technical Projects Support Lead and dive deep into the intricate world of technical development and support. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team, working alongside our Technical, Projects, and Development teams to ensure the smooth operation of NEP's technical infrastructure.

As a Technical Projects Support Lead, you'll be responsible for assisting in the delivery of various technical projects, including system developments, upgrades, and patching. You'll collaborate closely with NEP Programme Managers and the Process Development Team to contribute to process and system enhancements.

Your expertise will be crucial in resolving system-related issues, serving as the first point of contact for NEP Clients and coordinating with external service providers to ensure prompt resolutions. Additionally, you'll work alongside the Northumbria IT Department to maintain NEP's IT network infrastructure and address any technical issues that arise.

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and SQL is essential for this role. As the first point of contact for system-related issues, you will need strong communication skills to convey technical information efficiently and effectively to non-technical colleagues.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. You will evaluate issues, compare data, and recommend solutions to meet the expectations set out in the NEP Consortium Agreements.
