Team Leader (Reinstatement)

We are currently looking to recruit a Reinstatement Team Leader to work on our Welsh Water contract in Haverfordwest.
As a Reinstatement Team Leader you will be part of our Reinstatement Department who are responsible for the high standard reinstatement activities on the contract. You will carry out excavations to SROH standards. You will be responsible for ensuring all plant is operated safely and serviced to schedule and calibrated in a timely manner, mitigating risks to health and safety. You will be required to carry out reinstatement of rigid & modular footpaths. You will carry out all on site risk assessments. You will be responsible for ensuring all defects & damages are reported within correct time frames.

Have you gained knowledge and experience of the water industry?

Can you demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established procedures?

Are you familiar with relevant tools and plant used within the water industry?

Do you have excellent teamwork and communication skills?
Have you gained EUSR National Water Hygiene, NRSWA, First aid, EUSR Water SHEA, Manual handling qualifications?

Do you hold a current driving licence? This is essential for this role.
