Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, motivated individual to join our Opiate Team as a Team Lead.

The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with commissioned specialist service providers, key stakeholders and service users to contribute to the design and delivery of pathways related to their specialism. They may carry a reduced caseload of clients that require a high level of support or expertise to help them to achieve their desired goals.

The role will help support the Team Manager in providing guidance and supervising staff and will work closely alongside the Quality and Development Lead in relation to training and development to ensure that best practice is followed, and the workforce can deliver to the highest standard.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- both verbal and written.

The ability build rapport with others easily and maintain professional boundaries.

Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage a high workload, conflicting priorities and pressure.

Proven capability to motivate other providers and teams to adopt new ways of working.

This is a fixed term post until 31.03.2025.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required and you will need business insurance prior to starting with us if you do not already have this.
