The successful candidate will use innovative teaching methods to foster curiosity and critical thinking among students, providing constructive feedback and support for students to enhance their understanding and mastery of scientific concepts. As a forward-thinking department, collaboration with the team will be essential to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities with a specific focus on developing an outdoor curriculum for students in years 7-9. The successful candidate will be required to contribute to the GCSE and A Level curriculum, preparing students to meet the challenge of external examinations and achieve high standards of attainment. Ysgol Bro Dinefwr is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Science Teacher with expertise in Chemistry to join our experienced and committed team. The ability to teach through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this role, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students., The successful candidate will be required to have a bachelor's degree in science, ideally with expertise in the field of Chemistry. In addition to this, the successful candidate should have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience of teaching Science at the secondary school level and Chemistry up to A Level standard.
