Full Job Description

  • To offer support to the GM and the HODs in terms of Disciplinary, grievance, and absence Management in line with company policy.

  • To ensure that team members have full eligibility to work in the UK in line with Immigration Compliance.

  • Ensure due compliance for the issuing of offer letters and Contracts of Employment.

  • Maintain accurate personnel files and training records according to legal requirements.

  • Ensure that the Hotel provides an excellent quality work environment to all Hotel staff.

  • Motivate motivating team members and create a team spirit is an integral part of your daily operating culture in order to create a good working atmosphere within the Hotel.

  • Oversee recruitment and on-boarding processes in all 3 properties.

  • Support communication throughout the hotel by creating newsletters, posters, memos etc. and maintain the staff notice boards

  • Talent Management - Take part in the preparation and implementation for all new recruits and existing staff, for 3 month probationary review, flash appraisals annual appraisals.

  • To write, implement, communicate and train on all new policies and procedures relating to Talent and Culture.

  • To ensure that all existing policies and procedures are adhered to and monitored as necessary.

  • To build and maintain good links and relationships with schools, colleges and universities for Recruitment purposes and to portray a positive image of the organisation.

  • To develop the Hotel's annual training programme ensuring that it meets the requirements of the Hotel's business plan.

  • To ensure that all training is planned, conducted and evaluated in accordance with the company standards and Investors in People criteria.

  • To conduct a cost/benefit analysis for all training conducted.

  • To ensure to create a Heartist culture within hotel teams.
