Studio Assistant & Editor

We are seeking a creative studio assistant & editor with a passion for all things photography to join our incredible little team. As a Studio Assistant, you will provide support to our photographers on both internal shoots & hires. You will also learn to shoot using our equipment and sets as a back up photographer and to capture behind the scenes. Alongside assisting in the studio you will also be required to provide post production on images taken in house. A basic to intermediate understanding of editing will be required, however full training in our specific processes will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with setting up lighting & sets

- Assist with photography

- Assist with social media management and content creation

- Help set up and organise studio events or workshops

- Image post production

- Assist with general tasks around the studio such as tank maintenance & cleaning

- Help to ensure all clients receive a fantastic experience at the studio

Basic knowledge of camera operation

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of photoshop & lightroom

- Great people communication & people skills

- The drive to throw yourself into helping in any situation & keep enthusiasm going during long shooting days

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Ability to self manage editing workloads and deliver finished images in a timely manner

Due to the hours of this role & studio location, all applicants MUST have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
