Full Job Description

The Business Change Specialist executes a range of workstreams in delivering the design, development and implementation of policies, processes and working methods progressing the BT Group's change agility and capabilities

Supporting and delivering strategy, projects and programmes that impact the Bill to Cash team to improve customer experience by devising and driving initiatives.
Proactively driving quality, compliance and promoting the use of processes, systems and procedures that support the business goals, ensuring that best practice is adopted.
Representing B2C (Bill 2 Cash) and GFSS (Group Finance Shared Service) operations - limiting the negative impacts of change programmes and driving benefits for them and the organisation

What you'll be doing

  • Supports delivery of improvement projects which look at alignment and improvement across Business and Consumer - representing B2C and GFSS operations

  • Gather and agree requirements, Ensure designs meet requirements, Manage UAT testing by ops teams to ensure successful deliveries.

  • Ensure delivery is fit for purpose and embed effective and efficient operational processes with relevant controls

  • Identify, Assess and deliver operational benefits

  • Supplier lead and responsible for our Global System suppliers/BPO delivery (language skills a benefit)

  • Identify and drive process improvements to ensure they are suitable for an ever-changing portfolio, complexity of systems estate and product offerings

  • Responsible for building a proactive approach to identifying key themes/projects which could be used to further de-risk the customer experience

  • Supports improvement projects which look at alignment and improvement across function/Brand/Channel and CFU., Problem Solving

  • Financial Batchelors Degree or higher/or equivalent experience

  • Spanish/Portuguese fluency

  • Experience in Bill 2 Cash or Financial Operations Globally

  • Understanding of UK & Global invoicing / billing legislation and regulatory environment

  • Project/change management experience - including divestments

  • Global Third Party Supplier Management

  • Experience of reviewing and implementing business and IT deployments and controls

  • Experience of working in a complex business environment within the telecoms sector
