Social Media / Sales Assistant

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness. - Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and customer feedback
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management

Proven experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
