·Develop and implement engaging content strategies across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

·Create compelling and high-quality visual content (images, videos) for online and offline use, including ad campaigns, banners, and posters.

·Monitor, respond to, and resolve social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

·Contribute to the ongoing management and optimisation of social media platforms, adhering to best practices.

Product Knowledge:

·Cultivate a deep understanding of our products to inform audience engagement and content creation

·Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, and strategies, and stay up-to-date with changes in algorithms.

Content Creation:

·Capture high-quality product photos and videos, including live stories, reels, and ad content.

·Utilise industry-standard software (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe, Lightroom, Premier Pro) to edit images and videos for various platforms.

·Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules.

·Attracting and managing enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media and events

·Tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities

Educate the audience:

·Helping patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them and converting sales in line with targets

·Working closely with our clinicians to help grow their private patient portfolio

·In-depth understanding of social media algorithms and trends.

·Experience in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing software proficiency.

·Familiarity with project management tools like Slack or Trello.

·Strong record of attendance, reliability, and punctuality.

·Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks efficiently.

·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration across all levels.

·Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive approach, adaptable to various tasks.

·Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

·Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·Proven minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.

·Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms and tools

·Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Creative thinking and an eye for detail.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
