Full Job Description

  • Experience in an operational or Service Desk role is advantageous, but not essential

  • Experience with call logging applications

  • Customer service orientated skills essential

  • Experience of working with M3/Movex or relevant comparable experience in an IT Service Desk environment which should include 1st level support of printer hardware

  • A reasonable level of general education ('O'/GCSE or equivalent) in English and Mathematics as a minimum. In particular excellent English language skills (written and spoken) required

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

  • Competent user of M3/Movex, Cognos, Office 365 and User Admin tools an advantage but not essential
