Full Job Description

  • Designing responsive websites, landing pages, web applications and digital assets tailored for optimal user experiences.

  • Crafting user journeys and conversion paths through wireframing and prototyping.

  • Translate the company's brand values and implement these across digital platforms creatively whilst remaining consistent to the brand.

  • Develop visual designs that align with branding and project objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with management and the software development team to ensure a cohesive vision and user experience.

  • To create bespoke designs that bring our front-end web experiences to life.

    4+ years experience working as a UX / UI Designer on web applications.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and past projects.

  • Experience of working with mobile devices and responsive design.

  • Hands-on digital / graphic design experience.

  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

  • Evidence of creating designs that bring our front-end web experiences to life.

  • Excellent communication skills.

    Glow Green is a fast growing green energy company supplying and installing PV solar panels, battery storage, boilers, air-conditioning, electric vehicle chargers and heat pumps, and have reached over 9.000 Trustpilot reviews and achieved an excellent rating.


    • Being partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), we serve their one million plus customers with their chosen energy saving products, and have recently secured a new partnership with Uswitch and MoneySuperMarket, along with further launches with other leading comparison brands happening soon.

    We have been successfully trading for over 13 years, employing over 120 office staff and 1700 subcontracting engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.

    We are looking for the best Senior UX / UI Designer to help elevate our brand and achieve our mission over the next few years.
