Are you passionate about providing high-quality project support as a member of a team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Support Officer to join Vaccination Programme Wales. As Senior Project Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the various projects to help deliver complex pieces of work to time, within scope and resource allocation.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small team working with other colleagues to deliver a variety of project support and administrative tasks. You will have a flexible approach to work, be quick to learn, be able to work to tight deadlines, be a good multi-tasker and be able to handle a number of competing priorities at any one time., The post holder is a highly valued member of Vaccination Programme Wales who will be responsible for two key areas:
1. Project support -providing support for a wide variety of projects. This will include project management, support on project management best practice methodologies including Agile, monitoring plans, financial responsibilities, liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders, and organisation of workshops, internal and external communications, publication of reports.
2. Administration requirements - liaising with the IT support teams, HR, universities as required to support hosting new posts, secondments, academic placements etc., organisation of meetings, and preparation of papers.

Applicants are requested to demonstrate their knowledge and experience in these key areas.

This role will allow you to work in a hybrid manner, which includes a mixture of home-based working and working from the Pencoed site.
