Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Aspenprint, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and creating visually stunning designs across various mediums, from print to digital. You will collaborate closely with our hotel and restaurant clients and internal teams to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.

You will be designing complete branding packages for print and digital for their ever-expanding calendar of events including brochures, signage, menus, and marketing activities.,

• Conceptualise and create innovative designs for print materials, signage, digital media, and marketing collateral.


• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.


• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design projects.


• Other print/graphic and online media as required.


• Help manage and update companies' website and digital marketing activities.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects or services.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.


• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.


• Good understanding of social media platforms and WordPress.


• Video, Animation, and 3D skills would be a bonus.
