As a crucial member of the UK&I Finance Business Partnering Team, you will business partner with the Commercial Operations Director and the wider Heads of Trade Plan/Supply Chain and their teams, supporting them to unlock commercial and working capital opportunities.

This role takes the lead for the Upstream End-to-End Supply Chain transformation initiative. You'll be the finance custodian of the Business Cases, ensuring they are built on aligned end-to-end assumptions, accurately delivering benefits in support of our ambitious growth plans. Balancing strategy and execution, this role allows you to influence change and transformation while driving core business performance forward through insightful analysis and data-driven challenges.,

  • Lead Commercial Finance Support: Provide business partnering support through content, insight, and challenge at both weekly and monthly Commercial operational reviews/meetings

  • Pricing Team Finance Support: Ensure robustness and accuracy of financial modeling while supporting strategic revenue management.

  • Financial Analysis and Insight: Manage end-to-end margin profitability, maximising margin through reviews, insight, and challenge of the costs of goods sold, markdowns, and promotional discounts.

  • Upstream E2E Supply Chain Planning: Responsible for 3-year plan modeling and updates.

  • Cost of Change Financial Modeling: Support range reviews and 3-year plan modeling to optimise profit and manage risk with wider stakeholders.

  • Stock Management Partnering: Work with the Director of Supply Chain to manage stock (Working Capital) through reporting, insight, and challenge.

  • S&OP Forecasting Support: Lead support for the S&OP forecasting process, improving forecast accuracy and operational decisions.

  • Trade Plan and Stock Support: Assist with exit plans for slow-moving, future delete, de-listed, and de-zoned product lines. Provide key finance support for stock write-offs and provisions.

  • Drive Change Management Initiatives: Lead technology implementation, process automation, and leverage analytical tools to optimise team and business performance

    Qualifications: CIMA/ACA/ACCA

  • Experience: Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience.

  • Business Partnering: Familiarity with and experience in collaborating with various business units.

  • Commercial Acumen: Experience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to the development of programme/functional strategies.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and support teams through transformations.

  • Influence: Comfortable challenging the status quo and influencing change.

  • Financial Principles: Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.

  • Strategic Alignment: Understanding of how strategic goals align with day-to-day operations.
