Full Job Description
- Conducting detailed data analysis on our marketing campaigns, using the insights to improve performance and inform strategy.
- Applying statistical methods to understand and test the impact of different marketing strategies.
- Reporting on data-driven insights and KPIs on a monthly basis to inform the Marketing Managers report.
- Writing engaging content for various stages of our sales funnel and continually improving our email marketing practices.
- Developing, implementing, and leading campaigns across all marketing channels, including creating and monitoring a content calendar for our two student cohort intakes a year.
- Collaborating with our Engagement Executive to create social media content that supports our campaigns.
- Conducting SEO audits, keyword research, and optimising our website pages to drive organic traffic.
- Coordinating and promoting webinars to generate sales leads.
- Keeping up to date with trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring our brand is at the forefront of digital marketing innovations.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to identify relevant PR opportunities and online advertising opportunities.
- Partnering with the PPC executive to craft engaging copy for our paid search and social advertising campaigns.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. - Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Proficient in email marketing and knowledge of Active Campaign software.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Confidence in using CRM systems and basic HTML knowledge.
