Full Job Description

As part of a successful Operations MI Team, you'll understand and build solutions using key technologies such as Databases, Data Import/Export (ETL), Reporting Tools and Web Applications. You'll work closely with internal business stakeholders to find innovative solutions for Operational Business data requests in order to enable effective decision making.

Qualification in SQL programming language or relevant transferrable IT subject. Advanced Microsoft Excel / PowerPlatform (PowerBI) Skills Understanding of Database concepts and design. Data analytics skills. Stakeholder Management and influencing skills. Data analysis/problem solving skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively. Commitment to quality and superb attention to detail. Planning & Prioritisation Skills. Understanding of Operational Key Performance Indicator's and metrics Advanced use of Visual Studio (create SSIS packages)

And would love you to know or learn:
Web development skills - ideally ASP.Net Understanding of programming concepts and design. Understanding of Contact Centre technologies, processes Understanding of Financial Services Understanding of Fraud and Credit Ops Knowledge of Data Lakes/Marts Experience or have knowledge of using Snowflake
