SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking to recruit a confident, enthusiastic and committed individual who has patience, flexibility and an interest in working with a Y3 child with social and emotional difficulties.

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to:

• Work in close partnership with the class teacher.



• Plan and deliver a range of social and emotional interventions.



• Act upon advice from outside agencies.



• Be proactive in seeking solutions and promote inclusion.



• Knowledge of working with a SEND child is desirable but not essential as training can be given.
  
  Hours: 12 hours per week, term time only. Three mornings per week, 8:30am - 12:30pm.


Salary: Hay 10 (£6,891 - £7,247 per annum).

This is a fixed term post until 31st August 2024 subject to a budgetary review.
