Sales Progressor - Part Time

We are looking to expand our team and recruit a Sales Progressor on a part time basis (3 days per week) Based in either our Portishead or Cleavedon branch.

In the role of a Sales Progressor you will;

• Liaise between buyers, sellers, and conveyancers to progress property sales.


• Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely completion.


• Keep all parties updated and informed throughout the sales process.


• Resolve any issues or delays to prevent transaction fall-through.


• Handle enquiries from vendors, buyers, and solicitors professionally and efficiently.


• Maintain accurate records and update the database accordingly.
  
  Proven experience within the property sector.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a fast-paced environment.


• Exceptional organization and time management skills.


• Knowledge of conveyancing processes and legal requirements is desirable.


• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office.
