Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator you will be working closely with the Senior Sales Managers and Sales Operations Analysts, to identify sales opportunities and communicate with customers. In this position, you will understand Ontic's entire sales process and be involved at all stages to ensure that we are following up with every possible sales lead within the UK and communicating promptly and effectively with our customers. You will be communicating with customers and developing relationships, obtaining customer feedback from Ontic's proposals, and ensuring that this feedback is captured within CRM. This is part of an essential customer feedback loop to prompt and appropriate action is taken to support our customers.

A successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, understand the sales process, and have a high energy level. You should have worked in a customer facing role previously and be comfortable using different programs on the computer.
