Sales Assistant

We're looking for a music enthusiast with fantastic people skills to join us on a part-time basis to assist in the day-to-day running of our bustling shop in the heart of Tenby.

You'll be the face of our shop, creating memorable moments and delivering excellent service to drive sales and ensure repeat business.

We'll need you to:

• Open and/or close the shop (keyholder responsibilities)


• Handle transactions with confidence, upselling wherever possible


• Go the extra mile to find solutions for our customers


• Keep on top of stock levels - replenishing and re-ordering where necessary


• Stay up to date with music trends (mainstream and independent) in order to engage and advise customers


• Post occasional updates on our Social Media channels to keep our customers up-to-date


• Undertake general housekeeping duties to keep the shop looking its best


• Complete other ad-hoc tasks as required
  
  Confidence working independently for sustained periods


• Enthusiasm & willingness to learn about our business


• Desire to deliver excellent customer experience


• A genuine passion for music


• The ability to multi-task in a busy environment


• Initiative to make the most of your time in quieter periods


• Great IT skills - including confidence using social media
