Rent and Service Charge Administrator (Part time)

We have an opportunity for a Rent Setting & Service Charge Administrator to join our Housing Operations team. This is a part time role working 14 hours per week on a Thursday and Friday or Monday and Friday - we're flexible on start/finish times!

As well as providing administrative support to the Rent Setting & Service Charge team, this key role maximises our income through the accurately setting of rents and service charges in accordance with legislation and policy - ensuring that our IT systems are accurately updated to reflect individual customer's rent and service charge rates. On a daily basis, you'll be communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders; be this responding to customer queries, working with internal colleagues or liaising with external agencies such as Local Authorities and DWP to ensure accurate notification and payment of rent and service charges.

• You'll have previous experience of providing a broad range of administrative support.


• You'll have proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with experience of using spreadsheets to review/manipulate date and pull reports.


• Ability to provide written correspondence to customers, such as dealing with helpdesk queries customers, internal colleagues and external agencies.


• You'll have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
