Full Job Description

Reporting to the customer service manager you will be dealing with inbound calls, emails and live chats from customers across a range of different products and service from home.

Working Hours

12pm-8pm Saturday - Sunday remotely. The successful candidate must complete in office training for 2 weeks and then when required between 9am-5pm. Office is based in Northampton NN4 8HP., · Answer inbound customer calls

· Assisting customers who log on to our web Live Chat

· Resolving customer complaints

· Assisting customer queries on product ranges

· Checking results have been issued to customers, and resending where applicable

· Customer Service is all completed with FreshDesk for increased efficiency

· Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
