Receptionist / Showroom Host

GC Motors is one of the UK's largest independent family owned specialist dealerships dealing in 4x4, Sports and Prestige vehicles and selling over 100 cars per month and we continue to grow and expand and as such we are looking for an additional part time receptionist for our busy site in Harrogate.

Have you got a big smile and can you make our clients feel at ease and welcome into our dealership?

We need a friendly, professional person with a great phone manner to help us with our reception and showroom hosting.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Answering Phone Calls and being the first point of contact for new and existing customers of the sales and service departments

Concisely taking messages when people are not available

Welcoming customers to the showroom and making sure they are being taken care of and have refreshments provided

Making sure that the reception and customer waiting area are to the highest level of cleanliness at all times

A small amount of filing, scanning documents.
