Full Job Description

As our residents are at the core of everything that we do, we are looking for people who have a real interest in people and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Some of your regular duties will include:

  • Building and managing great working relationships with residents

  • Responding to a variety of queries from residents including service charges

  • Carrying out regular property inspections to ensure our places are maintained to a high standard whilst complying with health and safety regulations

  • Managing repairs with support from the repairs and planned maintenance teams

  • Setting service charge budgets and producing service charge accounts

  • Managing income collection

  • Conducting thorough investigations, providing transparent and well-documented resolutions e.g., anti-social behaviour cases

  • Playing a key role in resolving disputes or complaints

  • Collaborating with housing officers and other internal teams and stakeholders to enhance the resident experience


  • Please note this role will be based in the community - visiting the properties that you manage, or in office.

    Our Property Managers are busy, so you will need to be flexible, resilient and able to easily switch from one task to another as priorities can quickly change throughout the day. As you'll be taking care of people's homes you will need to be reliable and organised.

    Essential
  • Customer service experience including developing customer relationships

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences (verbal and written)

  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise accordingly, capable of quickly switching from one task to another

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Organisational skills

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel


  • Desirable
  • Some previous experience in Housing or Property Management
