Pre-Qualification Questionnaire - Elrha Forum Events

We are seeking an experienced Event Management Company to provide comprehensive logistical and operational support for two large events, scheduled to take place in Nairobi (Kenya) in November 2024 and Spring 2025.

The Event Management Company will be responsible for delivering a range of services aimed at ensuring the smooth execution of these forums, which seek to engage regional and global actors in the humanitarian innovation and research sectors. The objectives of this work are:

• To manage and execute the logistical and operational aspects of Elrha' s Innovation and Research Forums, supporting also on the design of logistics aspects of the sessions.


• To facilitate a conducive environment for knowledge exchange, networking, and showcasing innovation and research.


• To ensure that all event aspects are accessible to diverse audiences, including the provision of translation services., The intended start date is July 2024 and the period of implementation of the contract will be approximately 12 months until June 2025.
