Create, review and process orders to nominated suppliers adhering to UHB standing financial instructions and Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures. Communicate with suppliers to ensure adequate, timely and accurate supplies of medicines ensuring that potential and ongoing supply issues are referred to the appropriate staff in order to maintain continuity of supplies. Oversee the receipt and storage of medicines into the robot, prioritizing loading and identifying and resolving loading issues reporting to the Logistics Management Team where appropriate. Investigate, follow-up and record any discrepancies with stock received
