PDI Technician

We're looking for a new PDI Technician to join our Avonmouth Preparation Centre.

Here you'll carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections to a high standard and work within a team of PDI technicians to produce several quality inspected vehicles a day.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out PDI's on a wide range of used cars at a large preparation site


• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment


• Ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly


• Once PDI is complete, the information must be uploaded on a tablet on the vehicle preparation software accurately


• Following assignments through to completion, meeting deadlines and delivering on promises


• Work efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
  
  The Ideal PDI Technician will have some time served experience within in Vehicle Mechanics, have a positive, 'can do' attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team.


• Relevant qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repairs (at least level 2 ideally 3) and/or time served vehicle technician


• Ideally you will hold a full UK driving licence


• Be able to carry out RAC 82 point check


• Be able to work to deadlines and maintain a consistent level of performance
  
  Salary: £25,000 to £35,000


Contract: Full-time and Permanent. 4 days per week Tuesday - Friday 06.00 - 18.00
