- Member Retention:Engage with existing members to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
- Problem-Solving:Be the superhero who turns potential cancellations into renewed memberships.
- Data-Driven Insights:Analyse member data to identify trends and proactively prevent churn.
- Collaboration:Work closely with other teams to enhance member experience and loyalty.
- Think Impact:You genuinely care about our members and their well-being and want to make a difference to their day.
- Back Each Other:Work with a team who support and mentor each other to ensure the best service possible
- Push For Better:Handling objections? Problem you find difficult to solve? No problem. You bounce back and find solutions.

Salary: £24,500
Bonus: Average monthly bonus of £250 with the potential to earn more based on performance
Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 10:00-19:00, Thursday 09.30-18:15 and Friday 09.30-16:15. No weekends!)
Interviewing commences 22nd May for 2 weeks. Closing date for applications 31st May
