Operational Systems Developer

To optimise, maintain and develop our Operational Systems.

Working closely with the Head of Operational Systems and all other departments, the selected candidate will work on tasks end-to-end with involvement including , but not limited to:

· Requirements gathering, through to design for sign off by the business

· Development and testing

· Actioning any feedback or amends from the business

· Responsible for version control and deployment.

· QA of current processes, to look for improvements

· Small support tasks

At the heart of the firm's core operational processes, we have our very own custom built Claims Management System. We are looking for a like-minded Software Developer who can fit into the current team, take on the dev side of the tasks, whilst utilising their additional skills in all areas of a project.

We are building an Operational Systems Team. This is a chance to get in early, enhance your knowledge and experience and grow with the firm.

Essential

o Experience in working with SQL databases

o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

o Knowledge or experience of C# programming (or similar)

o Proficient in the use of Source Control to manage code changes

Desirable

o A degree (or equivalent) in a Computer Science related area

o Experience in transforming business requirements and processes into Operational System design

o Developer experience in multiple Object Oriented Programming languages

o Experience developing in the CaseMaster framework
