Full Job Description

  • Printing daily orders


  • Booking orders outside of London with a courier


  • Liaising with our overseas office to ensure orders are sent in a timely manner


  • Filing future orders by both dates and postcodes


  • Communicating with the florist teams regarding order fulfillment


  • Assisting the logistics team when needed


  • Stock check of office supplies


  • Minimal customer service duties


  • Trouble shooting and problem solving


  • Ideally we are seeking someone who has experience in a previous role


  • Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team


  • You will be required to work some weekends when needed
