Midweight Designer

We seek an experienced and technically proficient team player to join us full-time as a Midweight designer.

In this role, you will work closely with our technical marketing manager to develop and maintain our internal documentation and external marketing materials. You'll also collaborate with our internal marketing and design team to produce high-calibre, strategically driven concepts and deliver projects that influence multiple business strands across our portfolio. Your ability to react and adapt regularly will be essential to ensuring consistent strategies and effective communications.

The candidate will be expected to play a pivotal role in supporting our technical marketing manager, taking the lead with a variety of projects, engaging in meetings and critique sessions, and articulating and defending innovative ideas with conviction. You must be adept at contributing insightfully to discussions, not only regarding your work but also across the collective team's output. A natural at teamwork, you'll maintain poise and focus even when deadlines are tight, demonstrating that pressure only sharpens your creative edge.

As a designer, you must be multifaceted and able to demonstrate a portfolio covering such. The role will involve pivoting from social media strategy to digital design to bigger-picture planning for the overarching business structure. As part of the core operating team, you will collaborate on sales support initiatives, including re-engagement, customer retention, event planning, brand development, and longer-term strategy.

Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign expertise, is critical to the success of this role; we'd expect 3+ years of commercial experience to be necessary. While additional exposure to renewable technology would be highly valuable, it is unnecessary, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
