Full Job Description

As our Membership Engagement Coordinator, you will work closely with the Governance Manager to contribute to the delivery of Corporate and Team Objectives. You'll assist with the provision of efficient and effective administration of our membership services to ensure consistency and a great quality of service.

You'll implement the delivery of an excellent member experience to both retain and increase membership of our mutual and develop inclusive and innovative ways for members to engage with us. You'll take ownership for driving our member's voices in paving the way to make great decisions to better our mutual, and report on the meaningful difference made.
