Mechanical Fitter - 104161

As a Mechanical Engineer or Assembler Fitter you will need fitting experience in a previous role ideally in aerospace or automotive Ideally with :

• A completed NVQ level 3 Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship, or equivalent


• The ability to follow technical drawings, specs, procedures, and test instructions


• A desire to learn and understand the basic principles of production flow lines, and takt times


• Knowledge of COSHH and flow line methodologies is ideal, but not essential for you to apply
  
  My client is a world leading Aerospace OEM company and they are looking for Mechanical Fitters to assemble and testing nose and forestay assemblies, main gears, and side stays, all while maintaining a high standard of quality for each component, along with FOD compliance.
  
  Salary £35,787 -


Shifts - rotating shift pattern, covering dayshifts and nightshifts (which include a premium shift payment of 38.5% of your salary). Occasionally, there'll be options for working bridging shifts and weekend shifts too.,
