Full Job Description

  • Supporting with the effective handling of sales leads into Evolve

  • Creation of content for social media, website, and printed advertising / sales materials

  • Website management including liaison with web agency

  • Creating customer case studies (possible site visit to customer homes)

  • Monitoring marketing effectiveness and compiling reports Support with the delivery of staff awards

  • Organising sales events/exhibitions

  • Creation and publication of staff newsletter

  • Implementing the brand style across all channels and marketing materials

  • Administration support to Marketing Director

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to brainstorm and deliver creative ideas and marketing projects

    Supporting the delivery of Evolve's marketing and branding plan, Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing methods

  • Experience using Canva and In

  • Design Excellent written/communication skills

  • Organised and methodical

  • WordPress skills

  • Experience of PPC

  • Experience of SEO

  • Industry experience: construction, home improvement, ECO4, energy efficiency, insulation, renewables

    Evolve Home Energy Solutions is a fast-growing energy retrofit and home improvement company founded in 2015, with around 70 employees. Our mission is to provide affordable warmth solutions (insulation, heating and renewable energy) to homes across South Wales, Midlands and South West, with excellent customer experience at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a new team member to work under the guidance of the Marketing Director to help deliver the marketing plan for the business. You will be creative and hard-working with good general marketing experience and because the team will be very small (Director and Co-ordinator), you'll need to comfortable to get stuck in a variety of activities.
