Full Job Description

The Redstart Primary School are currently searching for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join their friendly and supportive team. At The Redstart Primary School, we aim to develop a love of learning in our children to last through their lives. We believe passionately in our children having the highest aspirations and are committed to providing a broad and balanced curriculum with exciting opportunities including access to a broad and rich programme of after school activities. We want to enable all our children to realise their full potential, their talents and their interests in all areas.

We are proud of our collaborative relationship across our community and the wider Cabot Learning Federation which enables us to offer children with an education of the highest quality. We value every child, parent and member of staff and the contribution each has to make. The role will require somebody who can be flexible in working across the school as required. Dues will include setting up tables for lunch and cleaning up afterwards, helping pupils with their meals, supervising and engaging with pupils a. You will also be required to work with all pupils at play time encouraging play/games with others and social skills. We can offer a supportive working environment and an enthusiastic team. You will need to have the ability to work under direction and on your own to provide general supervisory support and be a good role model for our pupils. Previous experience is not essential, but the successful applicant must be prepared to undertake.
