Full Job Description

As a Logistics Operative in Macclesfield - SK10 2NA, you will be responsible for a delivering a professional service within our prestigious corporate building. You'll enable smooth operations and drive excellence for our teams. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater.

What you'll do:

  • Customer facing role so must have the ability to converse with all levels of client staff.

  • Portray an excellent company image.

  • Computer literate

  • Support other service functions as required. Liaise closely with loading bay and mail room team.

  • Liaise with management, customers and contractors that are involved in receiving or assisting with the day - to - day provision of the logistics service

  • Handle complaints and service issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • General deliveries across the site, including some waste pickups.

    Ability / qualification to drive forklift truck would be an advantage

  • Proven experience of knowledge of "key" service and awareness of operating standards within this service, hands on ability to deliver a service

  • Strong Customer Services skills and experience

  • Service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking

  • Strong team player with high quality customer service operation

  • Ability to resolve problems

  • Ability to understand technical excellence in their fields

  • Ability to understand a set of SLAs

  • Good level of technical competence
