    • Let Right Properties are a well established independent Letting Agent requiring a Property lettings Co-ordinator for our busy Treforest office.

    The main purpose of the role is to book, inspect & view properties, liaise with contract holders, Landlord, and contractors to arrange remedial works as well providing help to the lettings team with rental stock viewings

    Full time including 9.30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday),
  • Booking and attending property inspections/Viewings

  • Planning maintenance works

  • Instructing contractors

  • Negotiating deposit disputes

  • Booking gas, electrical & energy performance certificates

  • Providing help to the lettings team with rental stock viewings

    Excellent attention to detail

  • Team Player

  • Thrives under pressure particularly during busy periods

  • Flexible and able to prioritise workload

  • Reliable and committed to our work as well as the team

  • Proven lettings experience - desirable not essential

  • Knowledge of KPR & Expert agent software - desirable not essential, Estate & Lettings Agents: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving License (required)

    Salary: Up-to 22k per year


    • Job Types: Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

    Pay: Up to £22,000.00 per year
