Legal Counsel, Business Integrity

You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of various legal and compliance risk mapping processes and the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of risk assessment tools, templates and processes at enterprise, regional and market levels. You will also support the implementation and improvement of training, tools and templates for use in internal investigations and assist with other aspects of the Speak Up programme as necessary. From time to time, you may be asked to support other members of the Ethics & Compliance function in activities related to risk monitoring and global policy revision and implementation.,

• Review, design and revise risk mapping processes to be utilised by the members of the Ethics & Compliance and Legal functions.


• Develop, implement and improve risk assessment tools, templates and processes to be employed at enterprise, regional and market levels.


• Support the implementation and improvement of training, tools and templates for use in internal investigations and assist with other aspects of the Speak Up programme as necessary.


• Consult and coordinate with other members of the Ethics & Compliance and Legal functions to improve tools, templates and processes relevant to risk mapping, risk assessment and internal investigations.


• As may be necessary from time to time, support other activities of the Ethics & Compliance function, particularly risk monitoring activities and the revision and implementation of global policies.
  
  Qualification to practice law.


• Experience in the practice or application of law and compliance, with substantial experience and demonstrated aptitude in the following areas:

+ Risk assessments, including the development of tools, templates and processes used in the assessment of legal and compliance risk at global, regional and market levels; and
+ internal investigations, including the implementation of tools, templates and processes used in internal investigations.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.


• Work experience in a multi-national environment, with experience in the UK/Europe/North America preferred.


• Experience with risk monitoring processes preferred.


• Experience with the development and implementation of corporate policies preferred.


• Strong stakeholder management skills.
