Full Job Description

o Provide support to students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, either on a 1:1 basis or in group/classroom settings.
o Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans and behavior management strategies.
o Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
o Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to meet the diverse needs of students.

o Personal and/or professional experience working with students with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
o Ability to adapt support strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
o Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
o Commitment to promoting inclusion and facilitating the academic and social development of students.
