Full Job Description

As a Learning Content Associate, you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Supporting the delivery of non-digital learning assets for our clients, which are built as presentations and/or workbooks.

  • Supporting the delivery of digital learning assets for our clients, which are built using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Lectora.

  • Researching topics for our digital learning clients and, with senior support, making recommendations about the key areas that should be communicated to a learner, and suggesting engaging ways that this can be achieved.

  • Working closely with our digital learning developers and graphic designers to create engaging written and visual storyboards for our clients.

  • With input from senior team members, taking responsibility for identifying potential case studies about areas of our business delivery that will engage existing or potential customers.

  • With support from senior team members, taking responsibility for the creation and day-to-day delivery of marketing content across channels to drive website engagement and inbound lead generation.

  • Supporting sales and marketing workstreams by senior members of the team to win new clients.


  • From the start, you will play a key role and will be expected to be able to work as well with team members and clients as you can independently. You will have full support and training from the team to enable you to succeed and will have significant scope to grow your career.

    The role is based in Darlington, but you will be required to travel to Hull and Northallerton regularly to work with other team members, in addition to travelling to support the company to win and support new clients. Although some flexibility on home working is possible, it can only be considered once you are embedded within the team.

    We are expanding our digital training and software service businesses and are hiring a motivated Learning Content Associate to join our team to take early responsibility for generating high-quality written copy and presentation for our client work, as well as marketing collateral., We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and energetic person with the following skillset:
  • An eye for visual detail and, ideally, experience working with Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides

  • Excellent written English and, ideally, experience in producing high-quality written content

  • Excellent interpersonal skills so that you can work with internal team members and external clients

  • An ability to perform independently under hard deadlines, but to clearly articulate where support is needed from other members of the team

  • Excellent organisation and project management skills

  • Strong IT skills and an interest in learning how to use new technology tools

  • Demonstrable resilience and ability to overcome obstacles

  • An interest in either digital learning/education or the health and care sector is preferred but isn't required for this role since full training and support will be provided, GCSE or equivalent (required)

    Konnektis is a technology business that builds software and digital learning tools for organisations that help their teams to work together more effectively.

    The role pays a salary of £17,000 - £22,000 (subject to experience) and will benefit from company profit sharing, which shall be subject to performance., The position

  • Full time: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, or subject to the needs of the business

  • Location: Darlington, with travel to Hull and Northallerton on a regular basis

  • Salary: £17,000 - £22,000 (subject to experience)
