Lead Configuration Specialist

Product Information (PI) is the beating heart of our business. As a department we are responsible for the delivery of coherent and timely Product Specification and Bill of Materials in line with Programme timing.

As a Requirements Configuration Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping to understand and deliver the creation and adherence of new processes to enable configuration of requirements within the 3DExperience Toolset. Providing support to our Engineering teams in the systems Engineering development. This exciting and equally stimulating role offers the opportunity to join a critical area within the business.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Helping support the definition of the Configuration Model for requirements


• Applying and maintaining Configuration of requirements in 3DExperience Toolset


• Identification of process improvements in support of Engineering Teams


• Managing your own throughput and workload and that of others within the team.
  
  A candidate who has leading skills to motivate a team to enhance the way we support engineering in managing requirements.


• A sophisticated communicator who is able to communicate directly, clearly and openly and can engage with stakeholders at different levels within the business.


• A determined individual, committed and results-orientated who works with pace, energy, and confidence.


• Someone who is comfortable challenging stakeholders with strong influencing and engagement skills.


• Understanding of Systems V Engineering Model


• BoM Experience


• 3DExperience Toolset and JIRA knowledge is a plus (not essential)


• Data analysis


• Agile Methodology mindset
