We have developed a new long-term vision with the help of residents and partner organisations, which will build on all our strengths to support health, wellbeing, and independence. Our vision for Health and Adults' Services 2021 to 2024 is: Working together to live the best life you can in Royal Greenwich. We have also developed our Health and Care plan priorities which are overseen by the Healthier Greenwich Partnership. (See: Health and wellbeing strategy 2023 to 2028 | Royal Borough of Greenwich (royalgreenwich.gov.uk), We are looking for a strong candidate to advise on and implement RBG and ICB approaches to co-production and inclusion and work with a multi-disciplinary team leading on a wide range of project and administrative duties, such as organising engagement events, co-creating interventions, theming and interpreting community discussions, drafting briefings, reports, action logs and risk management plans, supporting data analysis and guiding, supporting, and uplifting the collective efforts of all teams in their engagement activities.
Among various other duties, the postholder will be responsible for the oversight, deployment and effective management of budgets used to deliver the implementation of our new integrated approach to commissioning.
The candidate will work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation, which is key to delivering the integrated commissioning approach on co-production and inclusion. They will serve as a supportive and advisory resource for other officers in the co-production of activities with service users, members of the public, and communities.
Join our committed and dynamic team and embark on a rewarding journey of empowering local residents. If you are ready to lead with impact, innovation, a strength-based approach and be one of the driving forces behind transformative change, apply today.

The South East London Integrated Care System (ICS) brings together the health and care partners that serve our vibrant and highly diverse populations resident in the London boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.
Our partnership brings together six local authorities, over 200 general practices, Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital NHS FT, King's College Hospital NHS FT, Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, South London and the Maudsley Mental Health FT and Oxleas FT. Our vision is a highly performing, sustainable ICS that looks after its staff, responds to its communities and takes action to reduce the inequalities they experience.
