Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling graphics and designs that align with our brand identity and messaging.

Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website graphics.

Design marketing materials such as packaging, brochures, flyers, and advertisements to promote our products and services.

Assist in the ideation of multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance our online presence and user experience.

Maintain and update visual assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and cold water therapy to continuously improve our creative output.

Support the marketing team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role to join our vibrant team at LUMI. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication strategies across various platforms., Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work, preferably with experience in branding, digital marketing, or e-commerce

A good understanding of printing fundamentals, including preparing design materials for print and adhering to print specifications and standards..

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively using intuition in a fast-paced team environment.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout design.

Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a plus, with an interest in cold water therapy and its benefits., Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
