IT Technician

We are a rapidly growing IT company who are looking for a IT Technician to join our team based near Crewe. The company operated in the reseller space and has a focus on Cyber Security Vendors we are looking for an individual that has a willingness to learn and develop their technical skills. The role is Hybrid, where some travel is required to our locations to support on site staff. Other travel may be to customers sites to assist the technical consultants on projects.,

• Vendor Certified Technical Training.


• Assisting in Product Demonstrations to Customers


• Managing internal IT


• Deal with Key stack of vendor support to assist customers with issues and best practices.
  
  Motivated and organised with a real interest in Technology


• Excellent social skills and confidence to demonstrate once certified.


• High Attention to detail


• Good vendor awareness and previous vendor certifications.


• Cloud Services


• Cyber Security (Endpoint, Firewall, Filtering, Identity Management etc)


• Networking Knowledge


• Willingness to Learn


Required:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, within a SaaS or technology centred environment


• Problem solver with willingness to take ownership of issues to resolve.


• Excellent writing and documentation skills with a high attention to detail


• Able to work independently and with a team


• Technically strong with an interest in IT


• Driving Licence, Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
