Full Job Description

As an IT Support technician, you will troubleshoot a wide range of issues. These will include Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Desktops, Server OS, MS Office 365, Hardware: Printers, Monitors, etc, Networking: VoIP, Wi-Fi. In addition to this you will be responsible for the following:

  • Carrying out equipment installs and training.

  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.

  • Managing systems and investigating / responding to technical issues.

  • Installation, troubleshooting, configuration, and support of a range of technologies.

  • Liaising with 3rd party customers and suppliers.

  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.

    You will ideally have some experience / knowledge working with:

  • Windows Desktop and Server OS

  • Microsoft Office 365

  • Active Directory / MS Exchange

  • Basic understanding of networks

  • Understanding of VoIP technologies


  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills,
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
